We now have a spectacular bathroom created by Ceramico.
Not only does it look stunning, but the quality of the workmanship is outstanding.
The entire experience has been exceptional. From the initial quote and ongoing communication throughout with Paul. To Erin who kindly assisted us with our product choices and remained patient and understanding even when we changed our minds a few times. To Jack who was the team lead and onsite contact who was so easy to work with. He was always respectful and informative. Offering several great suggestions that clearly demonstrated his knowledge and desire for perfection (exactly what you need when you are as fussy as we are).
The quality of his work and attention to every little detail was exceptional.
All the other tradies from the apprentice, to the plumbers, electrician and demo guys were also fabulous. Providing great service, being very respectful of our home (and dog), and cleaning up after each job.

WOW WOW WOW. This is without a doubt your one stop shop for bathroom products, knowledge and from renovation to completed installation. Ensuite done in just under 2 weeks, And it's stunning. Now special mention goes to BEN who transformed our ensuite from ho hum to Incredible. Ben is extremely polite, asks the right questions and provides truthful answers. Ben kept us up to date on all steps right through to completion and YES left the work site areas clean everyday. His skill at tiling has to be seen to be believed. I would like to thank the amazing team at Ceramico for helping us turn our laundry and ensuite into what we dreamed of. The entire team are extremely friendly, courteous and professional and assisted us along the way with no issues.

Thankyou to the amazing sales team of Cheryl, Leah and Erin who helped us style our rooms perfectly and to Jack and Kyle the wonderful tradesmen who put this all together, we would not have been able to achieve what we wanted without your help.

I would also like to thank Paul and Carl who were amazing to work with and ensured we were well looked after. The team are highly motivated and their quality of work is amazing.

I can not recommend Ceramico highly enough to anyone who is looking at getting any reservations. Thank you all very much!

Unbelievable service. 2nd time user. Carl (or Karl), Leah and Aaron helped me to choose a new rain shower  and hand shower to DIY replace damaged ones with cost effective good quality products.

Just recently had these guys do an amazing Reno on our bathroom/ laundry and toilet. In under three weeks the whole job was done and dusted with no disturbance to the household. All work was carried out to a very high standard and work site clean everyday. Most days no one was home so just left the keys so they could get in and lock up at the end of the day. I must say every aspect of the Reno was on point and I can’t fault a thing. It was worth the wait and every cent I spent on it. To say I’m happy is an understatement. Thank you Paul for checking in on it all. Thank you Erin for helping me make my selections, your help was invaluable. Being a single guy with no sense of interior design, the team at Ceramico have been great to deal with throughout my ensuite and laundry renovations.
The demolition team understood the fragility of the interior wall blocks and made sure there was no damage from their tasks. Aaron did an outstanding tiling job and listened to my interests of outcomes of the job and installation of fixtures. Josh the plumber was helpful and showed high quality to his work.
Carl, Cheryl, Paul, Leah and Erin were always helpful when in-store and as said at the beginning, as a single guy with no sense of interior design, helped greatly with the design I love.
