The entire team are extremely friendly, courteous and professional and assisted us along the way with no issues. Unbelievable service. 2nd time user. Carl (or Karl), Leah and Aaron helped me to choose a new rain shower and hand shower to DIY replace damaged ones with cost effective good quality products. It costs me $120 for both. Well done for 5 years successful local bussiness. Definitely re commended!

Just recently had these guys do an amazing Reno on our bathroom/ laundry and toilet. In under three weeks the whole job was done and dusted with no disturbance to the household. All work was carried out to a very high standard and work site clean everyday. Most days no one was home so just left the keys so they could get in and lock up at the end of the day. I must say every aspect of the Reno was on point and I can’t fault a thing. It was worth the wait and every cent I spent on it. To say I’m happy is an understatement. Thank you Paul for checking in on it all. Thank you Erin for helping me make my selections, your help was invaluable. Thank you also all other tradies but the biggest Thank you goes to Ben and Kyle for going above and beyond. Ben your attention to detail is 👌🏼

Being a single guy with no sense of interior design, the team at Ceramico have been great to deal with throughout my ensuite and laundry renovations. The demolition team understood the fragility of the interior wall blocks and made sure there was no damage from their tasks. Aaron did an outstanding tiling job and listened to my interests of outcomes of the job and installation of fixtures. Josh the plumber was helpful and showed high quality to his work. Carl, Cheryl, Paul, Leah and Erin were always helpful when in-store and as said at the beginning, as a single guy with no sense of interior design, helped greatly with the design I love. Highly recommend.

Thank you Paul and the team at Ceramico. We now have a beautiful new ensuite to be proud of. Nothing was too much trouble whenever we rang or called in to the store. We received lots of helpful patient advice to all of our questions. At no time did we feel rushed or that our questions were not important. Our ensuite was quite small and we wanted a walk in shower. So glad that we did it has made our bathroom feel more spacious. We just love it, the start to our day is now lighter and brighter. Aaron did fantastic job with the tiling and also suggested we place one of the terrazzo rainbow floor tiles into the wall recesses. It looks fabulous. Everyone has been great. On time courteous professional we can highly recommend you guys. Thanks again
